Reception
Please present your health insurance card (if you have one), medical certificates, or any other beneficiary certificates.
If you wish to receive private (non-insured) services, please inform the reception. -
Medical Questionnaire
You will be asked to fill in a form about your symptoms and current condition.

Doctor’s Consultation
The physician will carefully listen to your concerns and conduct any necessary tests or prescribe treatment.

Payment and Next Appointment
After your consultation, please make your payment at reception. Private services can be paid by credit card.
