About First Visit

初めて受診するのですが、予約は必要ですか?: Our clinic gives priority to reservations. Using web reservations (Dejisuma) in advance shortens waiting time. Same-day walk-ins are accepted if there are openings.
What should I bring for my first visit?: 健康保険証またはマイナンバーカード、公費医療証(お持ちの方)、お薬手帳をご持参ください。自由診療をご希望の方は、ご本人確認書類(運転免許証など)もお願いします。

About Insurance Treatment

What is the difference between insurance and private treatment?: 保険診療は公的医療保険が適用され、患者さまの自己負担は 1〜3 割です。自由診療は全額自己負担となりますが、治療の選択肢が広がります。
Do I need a referral letter from another hospital?: 紹介状がなくても受診可能です。ただし、お持ちいただければこれまでの経過を踏まえて診療できるため、より安心です。

About Private Treatment

How can I receive AGA or ED treatment?: 初診時に医師が診察し、適応があれば院内で処方可能です。Web 予約の際に「自由診療(AGA・ED)」を選んでください。
Is a reservation required for NMN or high-dose Vitamin C IV infusions?: 点滴治療は薬剤の準備が必要なため、事前予約をお願いしています。
Can I pay for private treatments with a credit card?: はい。クレジットカードや各種電子決済に対応しています。

About Psychosomatic Medicine

What kind of symptoms should I consult psychosomatic medicine for?: 不眠、不安、気分の落ち込み、動悸、ストレスによる体調不良など、こころと体に関わる幅広い症状に対応しています。
